Phlox Plugs | Cherry Caramel (4 plugs)

Phlox:  Also referred to love-in-a-mist, this is From Farmer Bailey:  “So easy to grow, yet so hard to get started!  This beauty will be a great addition to any spring cottage flower garden!

These plugs are sold in increments of 4. So for $10 you will receive 4 plugs.

These are plugs aka baby plants.

These plugs are already 6-7 weeks old when they arrive and are ready to be planted in your garden or a pot. In our zone, nigella should bloom between February - April.

Farmer Bailey says: “Phlox is capable of getting tall, but it needs quite a bit of encouragement. It is in a hurry to flower on short scrappy stems. If you do nothing, the plant will flower, set seed and stop trying to grow. If you pick off those flowers for the first 4-6 weeks after transplant you will eventually start to see long strong stems forming. Once they start, you can expect them to keep putting out new stems as long as you keep cutting them back. They will never be huge, but they can be usable. Just keep pinching.”

• Pick up location is from my front porch at my farm in Sarasota, Florida - 7471 Rim Road, 34240
• Current pick-up window is approximately Tuesday December 8th from 8am-6pm. You may have someone pick up between 8am-6pm. After that, I will not be able to water and care for the plugs. Thanks for understanding!
• Your plugs will be on a paper plate with your name on them on the front porch. It’s self service/honor system.
